 The 88 ft Michelangelo, which was built in Hong Kong and designed
in the style of a traditional Chinese junk, is quite simply
the most luxurious, classic pleasure boat currently available
for private charter in Hong Kong waters.
No expense has been spared in furnishing this floating palace,
with room for up to 60 guests in 4.400sqft of living space including
a large dining area, saloon and front and upper sun decks.
Dining Area
 The Dining area features surround
banquette seating with large oval-shaped table with seating for
up to 10 guests but which is usually set for buffet-style lunch
and dinner for a more informal dining ambience.
The Saloon
 The elegant wood paneled Saloon is
furnished with comfortable sofas and easy chairs, Oriental rugs
with large concealed plasma TV screen and state-of-the-art AV
equipment for Power point and other presentations, movies and
such.
Front and Upper Sun Decks
Both decks are spacious
and airy, and luxuriously furnished with banquette seating and
day beds/loungers, and ideal for relaxation, sunbathing and entertaining.
The Lower Deck
 The lower deck features a splendid master bedroom with en suite bathroom, two
smaller double bedrooms with sharing en suite bathroom, three guest bathrooms,
a large kitchen and a small office with PC and Internet connection.
Michelangelo is both air conditioned and heated
for passengers’ comfort, whatever the season.
Entertainment
 Michelangelo features a state-of-the-art
sound system with music provided by ipod play list, compiled
by top London DJ Alexandra.
The Crew
Michelangelo is operated by a Captain (with A grade and engineering
Boat license), three crew, a qualified Boat Manager with Master
Sea Boat license, a professional chef and three uniformed service
staff.
Charters
Day Charter – From 10.30 am to 5.00 pm
A) Pick up at Aberdeen Marina Club Pier and sail to Po Toi and
surrounding islands with disembarkation at Aberdeen Marina Club
Pier.
B) Sail to the Sokos Islands and return to Aberdeen Marina Club
Pier for disembarkation.
Evening Charter – From 7.30 pm to 12.00 am (with
option to extend to 1.30 am, at no extra cost)
A) Pick up at Queen’s Pier, Central and cruise around Victoria
Harbor for dinner and return to Queen’s Pier for disembarkation,
or cruise with the boat to Aberdeen Marina Club Pier for disembarkation.
B) Pick up at Queen’s Pier and cruise from Victoria Harbor to
Aberdeen and onto Deep Water Bay to anchor for dining and entertainment.
Here guests may disembark at their convenience by small boat
from Michelangelo to Victoria Recreation Club pier. Or sail back
with the boat to the Aberdeen Marina Club Pier for disembarkation.
3 hour Canapé & Cocktail Option – From 7.30 pm to 10:30pm
Pick up at Queen's Pier, Central and cruise against Hong Kong skyline and return to Queen's Pier for disembarkation, or cruise with the boat to Aberdeen Marina Club Pier for disembarkation. (see canapé option)
Catering and Prices
Michelangelo is chartered on the basis of an inclusive price
per person, and preferably for not less than 30 passengers.
A selection of different menu packages can found under “Catering
Options” and all include unlimited beer, mineral water and
soft drinks.
